Staying at Palácio das Especiarias was a truly unforgettable experience. the old palace exuded charm, merging modern comforts seamlessly with vintage allure. the location, right in the heart of Lisbon's historic Chiado, allowed us to explore a plethora of restaurants and eateries effortlessly. the daily continental breakfast serenaded by live piano music was a delightful touch, setting the tone for each day. the property's amenities like bicycles for rent and a picturesque garden offered moments of relaxation amidst the bustling city. the on-site restaurant, Taverna Camões, served delectable Portuguese cuisine and fine wines, complemented by live Fado events, immersing us in the local culture. The room was elegantly appointed, featuring complimentary minibar items and a flat-screen TV. Housekeeping ensured a pristine environment, and the full-service spa was a rejuvenating retreat. the airport shuttle service made our travels seamless, allowing us to focus on indulging in the city's charms. In conclusion, Palácio das Especiarias provided a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience that surpassed all expectations. the personalized service and attention to detail, combined with the rich history of the palace, made it a top choice for our stay in Lisbon.
